Nick got us prequalified in January! We started our search and was very patient with us while we shopped for our new home. Once we found it, we submitted our offer and he personally reached out to the Listing Agent to give him the assurance that our loan was solid! Once our offer was accepted, Virginia & Lori were incredible! They got back to us in a timely manner. I had a question about some of the documents that were requested and Lori was patient with me about how to retrieve those documents. We went out of the country 11 days before closing and the team made sure everything was zipped up so we could enjoy our trip stress free and sign our documents the day after we returned! (The title company said the package they received was one of the cleanest they've seen and that the team was so easy to work with) Couldn't be happier! Thank you so much!
